It’s here, trade deadline week for most fantasy leagues. I know this week can be annoying for some players who want to make deals and can’t get anything done. I know I feel your pain, I thoroughly enjoy trading. Some like to stand pat and not making any moves. To each his own I guess but if you’re in the playoff hunt and need to make some moves, I’m here to help with a few you should look to get.
Matchup proof is what Cousins has become. 20+ fantasy point outings in 7 games this season. He’s currently in the 3rd quarter against the Green Bay Packers as I am writing this and well on his way to an 8th. His weapons are finally getting healthy and for opposing teams, that is terrible news. Cousins may be on the bench of an Aaron Rodgers or Russell Wilson owner and if so, make an offer and set yourself up for the playoff run!
Tampa Bay, Carolina, Oakland and Cleveland. No they aren’t cities in the running to host the olympics one day. They are the playoff matchups for the San Diego Chargers this season. Tyrell Williams has really come one the past 4 games posting a line of 334 yards a 2 touchdowns. That’s borderline WR1 numbers. Williams has the ability to win you your league title this season. Go get him!
The Muscle Hamster. That never gets old and neither does watching Martin run the ball. Finally healthy, Martin has posted double digit fantasy point outings in 2 straight. He now has 40 rush attempts in these two games and I don’t see it slowing down anytime soon. He has a game against San Diego and two against New Orleans in the fantasy playoffs, that spells success. Martin has the chance to be a top 15 RB the rest of the season so if you can go grab him, do it!
