Here's my dilemma, I have come in either last or 2nd to last the past 2 seasons with injuries kicking my butt. I've locked in probably the top pick in next years fantasy draft with my awesome performance as last place usually gets top pick. I'm contemplating not keeping anyone as my strong horse is the great Chris Johnson whom I would like to kick the gold teeth out of his mouth. Do I keep him or do I free up that space in hopes of a higher draft pick?
Thanks for writing in. That is a tough choice to make, I think it all depends on who is going to be available should you decide to let Chris Johnson go. Assuming your league mates have any sort of fantasy football knowledge I doubt any stronger options will be available. I would start poking around to see which players are likely to be chosen as keepers. If this is a standard scoring league, I would not let Chris Johnson go unless you start hearing top 7 players being thrown back into the mix. In a down year, Chris Johnson put up 1,047 yards with 4 touchdowns. He also added 418 yards receiving on 79 targets. Still pretty good fantasy stats. I’m keeping CJ but could not blame you if you decided to trade him for a more consistent fantasy football asset after his first big game.
